Bring your furry friends for a tail-wagging good time in the beautiful Charles B. Hayes Family Sculpture Park! This dog-friendly event invites visitors of all ages (and breeds!) to enjoy pup-centric activities and experiences.
Here’s the lineup for this year’s Bark in the Park:
- Watch your pooch be transformed into a work of art through a free* Dog Doodle by the talented Adrienne Michaels of AgeMade.
*Due to the time it takes to complete a sketch, a limited number of free sketch sessions will be available. There will be a sign-up process. Each sketch takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. - Discover the perfect products to enrich your dog’s life with The Puzzled Pup.
- Visit Bougie Pet Pawtography's booth to see how their professional portraits can showcase your dog's paw-some, one-of-a-kind personality!
- Marvel at the four-legged works of art created by the talented groomers of Bark, Bath, and Beyond—then treat your own pup to a nail trim or colorful airbrush tattoo!
- Connect with staff from the Emergency Veterinary Care Center (EVCC) in Mishawaka to learn ways to keep your dog safe and healthy.
- Treat your pup to something tasty from Butcher’s Bounty, creators of single-ingredient freeze-dried treats.
- Chill out and treat yourself to something delicious from PaddyShack Ice Cream.
- Be amazed and delighted by the high-flying jumps, playful tricks, lightning-fast agility, and tail-wagging personality of the Canine Hooligans!
- Tap your paws to some amazing music courtesy of DJ PB.
- Design an artful bandana with the Museum for your furry best friend.
- Take a stroll through the Sculpture Park with our new digital guide, available right from your phone!
Free and open to all. Humans with and without dogs are welcome at this event.
All dogs must remain leashed and with their humans during the event.
We reserve the right to ask you and your dog to leave this event if you are not in control of your dog at any time.
Parking is available in the Visitor Lot immediately behind the Museum, north of the Sculpture Park, for free after 4:30 p.m. and on weekends. Parking can also be found along Angela Blvd. If traveling via South Bend Transpo, take the No.7 bus and use the stop at Notre Dame Ave. and Angela Blvd.
