Snite Research Center

Snite Research Center in the Visual Arts

This important facility supports the ongoing care of and research on the Museum's vast holdings of over 31,000 objects. In addition to the vast majority of the art collection, it houses the offices of the Museum's registrar, collection curators, marketing and promotion, and administrative staff.

Faculty, students, and outside scholars who want to examine in person either an object stored in the Snite Research Center or the object file of any work in the collection must first make an appointment with the staff of the Office of the Museum Registrar. 

Appointments take place between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
