Adults and Community Groups
The Raclin Murphy Museum of Art welcomes community groups* and organizations to experience the Museum’s collections and exhibitions both through guided tours and on their own (self-guided).
*At this time we do not offer private tours for family or friend groups.
We ask that groups—guided or self-guided—of ten or more people complete the Group Tour Request Form.
Before you schedule your group visit, please note the following:
- A minimum of four weeks' notice is required to schedule a group tour (guided or self-guided).
- Tour reservations are subject to the availability of staff, guides, and Museum spaces. Submitting a tour request does not guarantee a scheduled tour.
- This form acts as a request only. Staff will respond to your request within five business days.
- Non-profit groups and organizations have priority for visit dates. Commercial tour groups are scheduled as time and space allow. Guides not employed by the Raclin Murphy Museum are not permitted to lead tours of the Museum or Sculpture Park. All groups are asked to complete a Group Tour Request Form.
- Though admission to the Museum is always free, a suggested donation of $5/person is appreciated. Donations directly support our programming with area schools. Please make checks out to the Raclin Murphy Museum of Art.
- There is no dining space for groups within the Museum.
