Photographer Stephen Wilkes will describe his working methods for creating his large-scale time-lapse panoramas of famous landmarks and locations such as the Western Wall ("Wailing Wall") in East Jerusalem, Israel; the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France; and Coney Island, Times Square, Wrigley Stadium and the Washington Mall in the United States.

The Snite Museum of Art has in its collection one of Wilkes' day-to-night prints, Jerusalem, 2012, which will be on view in the Scholz Family Works on Paper from Tuesday, April 14 through the week of his lecture.
