Step into the 17th century and into the life of Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn, one of the greatest artists of all time during this evening exploring his work, his world, and the exhibition Rembrandt’s Religious Prints: the Feddersen Collection at the Snite Museum of Art. 

 

5:00 to 5:15 P.M.
Enjoy complimentary refreshments and view the exhibition

5:15 to 7:00 p.m.
Film screening in the lower level Annenberg Auditorium of the 1999 French film (with English subtitles) Rembrandt by director Charles Matton. 


7:00 to 7:30 p.m.
Following the film explore the exhibition of Rembrant prints and converse with Snite Museum curators and fellow Rembrandt fans about the works.

 

All 3rd Thursdays @ the Snite are free and open to all.

All of the museum galleries and exhibitions will be open from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m.

 

Free shuttle from 4:45-7:45 p.m. between the Compton Family Ice Arena lot and the Museum or park for free in the Stadium, Joyce, or Walsh Architecture lots south of football stadium and walk to Snite Museum.
