It’s the Snite Museum Baldessari Ball Throw Challenge week and we’re having a ball! Our challenge is Inspired by Conceptual artist John Baldessari’s Throwing Three Balls in the Air to Get a Straight Line (Best of Thirty-Six Attempts), now on view in our galleries. Try your hand at the challenge to throw three balls (or objects) in the air to get a straight line.
We’ll meet you in front of the museum to provide the balls and help you get the shot. All you’ll need to do is post it. Can’t join in-person? No problem! Try it out at home and post your photos on Instagram @SniteMuseum or email them to sniteart@nd.edu.
All submissions are due by midnight on Saturday, September 19. Two winners will be announced on Tuesday, September 22, to win a Snite swag bag that includes a copy of the 400+ page photography catalogue A History of Photography at the University of Notre Dame.
